我国传统制造企业“四化”转型路径研究——以广东XX电子企业为例

Research on the Four Transformation Routes of Traditional Manufacture Enterprises in China——Take Guangdong XXX Electronics as an Example

国家正在推进“上云用数赋智”行动,培育新经济。作为典型的传统制造企业,广东XX电子企业通过智慧工厂建设,构建智慧精益系统,包括智慧精益中控室、工位智能管理中心、自动线智能管理中心、班组智能管理中心、应用设备管理系统等,将精益生产与智能制造理念相结合,以精益生产为基础,利用具有深厚知识沉淀的智慧精益工具,直接解决痛点问题。我国传统制造企业可通过“标准化、精益化、数字化、智能化”的路径来推进智慧精益,遵循“整体策划、分步实施、拉动式前进”的基本策略,从生产领域扩展到研发、营销领域,逐步实现数字化、智能化转型。

Our country is launching“Cloud Digital Intelligence”to cultivate new economy.As a typical medium&small sized manufacture enterprise,Guangdong XXX Electronics constructed intelligent lean system through intelligent factory,including intelligent central control room,workplace intelligent management centre,automatic intelligent management centre,workshop intelligent management centre,equipment management application system,combining lean production and intelligent manufacture philosophy,and utilizing profound intelligent lean tools to solve problems based on lean production.Through“standardization,lean,digital,intelligent”Chinese traditional manufacture enterprises can develop intelligent lean thinking,following the tactics of“whole planning,step-by-step implementing,pull advancing”,from production to R&D and marketing,and gradually achieve the target of intelligence.
