The Characteristics and Contemporary Value of Xi Jinping’s Thought of Strictly Administering the Party in an All-Round Way

中国共产党自成立之日起,一直在探索加强自身建设的措施。经过革命、建设、改革不同阶段的探索,形成了相对完备的“从严治党”思想。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记结合世情、国情、党情的变化,继承马克思主义管党治党思想,将“从严治党”调整为“全面从严治党”,形成了其独具特色的治党思想:点面结合的科学布局、问题导向的实践目标、通俗易懂的语言风格、聚集关键少数的实践取向。其思想丰富和发展了马克思主义从严治党思想,探索出了一条执政党跳出历史周期律的新道路,为实现“中国梦”提供了政治保证。

Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has been exploring measures to strengthen its own construction.Through exploration in different stages of revolution,construction,and reform,a relatively complete thought of“ruling the party strictly”has been formed.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has inherited the Marxist thought of governing the party in accordance with the changes in world conditions,national conditions,and party conditions.Distinctive Party Governing Thoughts:a scientific layout combining point and face,problem-oriented practical goals,easy-to-understand language style,and a practical orientation of gathering key few.His ideas enriched and developed the Marxist ideology of strict party management,explored a new way for the ruling party to break away from the historical cycle,and provided a political guarantee for the realization of the“Chinese Dream.”
