摘要
新媒体时代的显著特征是“人人都是信息传播者”。处在这一时代背景下,与人民群众联系最为密切的一线公安民警具备较强的媒商能力有着重要的现实意义。与当前时代背景相适应,提升一线公安民警媒商能力的实践也应实现从思路到举措的全面升级。充分认识媒商能力的重要性、进一步加强一线公安民警队伍建设、健全相关机制设置、推动提升一线公安民警媒商能力实践的社会化是提升新时代一线公安民警媒商能力的可行路径。
This article is concerned about the Media Quotient of police officers at the community level against the backdrop of the new media era when everyone is an information communicator,which is of great practical significance since the front-line police officers who are most closely connected with the masses.More measures should be taken to improve the police officers′Media Quotient by fully recognizing its significance,stepping up efforts in cultivation of police officers at the community level,improving relevant mechanisms and enhancing the officers′Media Quotient through more social practice.
