特色小镇是城乡联动发展的重要平台。培育特色小镇有助于城乡统筹发展,有助于拉动消费升级,而产业是特色小镇发展的核心和灵魂。为厘清特色小镇产业生态圈的内在机理,基于生态学和产业生态圈理论,对特色小镇产业生态圈的含义、要素、特征及运行机制进行了探讨,以提升特色小镇的内涵建设。提出特色小镇产业生态圈的构成要素包括主体要素、驱动要素和支撑要素,具有共生性、进化性和溢出性的基本特征,并通过资源整合机制、竞争合作机制、价值共创机制及协同共生机制推动特色小镇产业生态圈的整体有效运行和协调发展。

Characteristic town is an important platform for the linkage development of urban and rural areas.Cultivating characteristic towns is conducive to the overall development of urban and rural areas,and helps to promote consumption upgrading.Industry is the core and soul of the development of characteristic towns.In order to clarify the internal mechanism of the industrial ecosystem in characteristic town and enhance the connotation construction of characteristic towns,the article analyzes the intension,elements,features and operating mechanism of the industrial ecosystem in characteristic town based on the ecological science and the industrial ecosystem theory.The article points out that the industrial ecosystem of characteristic town by the main elements,driving elements and supporting elements,has the basic features of common nature,evolution and spillover effect,and through the resource integration mechanism,competition cooperation mechanism,value co-creation mechanism and collaborative symbiosis mechanism to promote the overall industrial ecosystem of characteristic town effective operation and coordinated development.
