城乡融合发展水平评价及障碍因素分析——基于南充市2009—2019年的数据分析

Evaluation of Urban-rural Integration Development Level and Analysis of Obstacle Factors:Based on the Data Analysis of Nanchong City from 2009 to 2019

实现城乡融合是城乡一体化的目标,也是我国社会发展的必然趋势,科学的城乡融合水平评价是实现城乡融合的重要环节。南充市是成渝经济圈中心城市之一,又有“川北重镇”之称。目前我国已将推动成渝双城经济圈建设上升至国家战略高度,对南充市城乡融合水平展开研究将对周边城市加快融入经济圈具有重要借鉴意义。以南充市为例,从人口、空间、社会生活、经济、生态环境五个方面建立指标评价体系,运用熵值法、多指标综合评价法、障碍度模型对南充市城乡融合水平以及障碍因素进行实证分析,结果表明:2009—2019年南充市城乡融合综合水平发展向好,唯经济融合子系统自2014年之后呈下降趋势;经探测分析发现:城乡居民收入差距、二元经济结构是阻碍城乡经济融合的重要因素;城乡生态环境融合对整体融合发展水平影响日益凸显。

The realization of urban-rural integration is the goal of urban-rural integration and the inevitable trend of social development in China.Scientific evaluation of urban-rural integration level is an important link to realize urbanrural integration.Nanchong is one of the central cities of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and is also known as the“important town in northern Sichuan”.At present,China has promoted the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle to a national strategic height.The research on the level of urban and rural integration in Nanchong will be of important reference significance for the surrounding cities to accelerate the integration into the economic circle.Taking Nanchong City as an example,this paper establishes an index evaluation system from five aspects of population,space,social life,economy and ecological environment,and makes an empirical analysis on the level of urban-rural integration and obstacle factors in Nanchong city by using entropy method,multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and obstacle degree model.The results show that the comprehensive level of urban-rural integration in Nanchong has been developing well from 2009 to 2019,but the economic integration subsystem has been declining since 2014.It is found that the income gap between urban and rural residents and the dual economic structure are the main factors hindering the economic integration between urban and rural areas.Urban and rural ecological integration has an increasingly prominent impact on the integrated development.
