摘要
为解决轧制处理后材料延展性较差的问题,进一步改善材料的综合力学性能,采用轧制工艺对工业纯钛分别进行了50%和65%变形量的冷轧试验,然后对变形处理后的试样进行了退火处理。通过单轴拉伸测试、硬度测试和EBSD测试分析了轧制板材退火后的力学性能与微观组织。结果表明,对板材进行不同程度的变形处理时,变形量为65%的轧制试样和轧制后退火试样的屈服强度比变形量为50%的轧制试样和轧制后退火试样的屈服强度更高。当板材的变形量相等时,轧制后退火试样的屈服强度随退火温度的升高而降低。经过65%变形处理和480℃/5 min退火处理后的试样具有良好的强度-延展性匹配。
To solve the problem of poor ductility of the material after rolling treatment and further improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material,the industrial pure titanium was subjected to cold rolling tests with deformation amounts of 50%and 65%by using the rolling process,respectively,then the specimens after deformation treament were annealed.Through the uniaxial tensile tests,hardness tests and EBSD tests,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the rolled sheet after annealing were analyzed.The results show that when deformation treatment with different degrees was carried out for sheet,the yield strength of the rolled specimens and the annealed specimens after rolling with deformation amount of 65%is higher than that of the rolled specimens and the annealed specimens after rolling with deformation amount of 50%.When the deformation amount of sheet is the same,the yield strength of the annealed speciments after rolling decreases with the increase of the annealing temperature.The specimens after 65%deformation and 480℃/5 min annealing treatment have an excellent combination of strength-ductility.
