考虑灾前预调度的区域综合能源配电网恢复策略 被引量:2

摘要 针对区域综合能源配电网(Regional integrated energy distribution network,RIEDN)故障演变模式复杂、灾害后果严重的问题,基于RIEDN在整个灾害过程中“正常-预防-故障”的运行状态,提出了一种考虑灾前预调度的RIEDN两阶段恢复模型。在预防阶段,以最小化预期恢复成本为目标,利用序惯蒙特卡洛模拟法得到极端灾害条件下RIEDN预想故障集,并将移动应急电源提前调度至候选连接点;在故障恢复阶段,计及耦合元件能源转换特性,通过定义孤岛能效指标对RIEDN进行分区差异化恢复。最后,通过算例对比分析,验证了所提策略能有效提高故障后增援物资运送效率,在提高失电负荷恢复量的同时缩短供电恢复时间。 To solve the problems of complex fault evolution mode and serious disaster consequences of regional integrated energy distribution network,a two-stage RIEDN recovery model considering pre-disaster scheduling is proposed based on the normal-prevention-fault operation state of RIEDN.In the prevention stage,in order to minimize the expected cost of recovery,the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to obtain the RIEDN contingency set under extreme disaster conditions,and the mobile emergency power is scheduled to the candidate connection point in advance.In the fault recovery stage,considering the energy conversion characteristics of coupling elements,the RIEDN is restored by defining the island energy efficiency index.Finally,through the comparative analysis of numerical examples,it is verified that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the transport efficiency of reinforcement material after disaster,and shorten the recovery timewhile increasing the load recovery amount after power loss.
