客站钢结构雨棚用水性涂料耐候性、施工因素及维修试验研究

摘要 水性涂料由于其优异的环保性能以及日趋成熟的服役性能,在我国钢结构防腐领域有着广泛的应用前景。通过紫外老化试验、盐雾试验,研究了水性双组分环氧富锌底漆/水性双组分聚氨酯面漆体系的耐候性,对客站雨棚施工过程中基材处理程度、露水影响等施工因素进行了试验、分析,并进行了现场维修试验。结果显示:水性双组分环氧富锌底漆/水性双组分聚氨酯面漆体系在1 000 h紫外老化试验及1 000 h盐雾试验后,均能保持较小的色差及光泽度变化;基面处理不完全会对喷涂效果产生影响;露水对水性涂料的附着性几乎无影响。利用该涂层体系在泰安站进行了维修试验,效果良好。 Due to its excellent environmental protection properties and increasingly mature service properties, water-based coatings have a broad application prospect in the field of steel structure corrosion protection. In this paper, the weatherability of water-based two-component epoxy zinc-rich primer/water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat system was studied by UV aging test and salt spray test.According to some factors existing in the construction process, the experiment and analysis were carried out. The on-site maintenance test was carried out too. The results showed that this coating system could maintain small changes in glossiness and chromatic aberration after 1 000 h ultraviolet aging test and 1 000 h salt spray test;Incomplete surface treatment of substrate would affect the spraying effect. Dew had little effect on adhesion of water-based coatings. The system has been tested in Tai ’an Station and showed a good performance.
