新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化的内涵意蕴、现实困境与实践逻辑 被引量:6

摘要 新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化对于社会主义劳动者的培养具有战略意义。其代表着人的本质与教育方针的价值统一,劳动与劳动教育间的逻辑自觉,全面发展与个性发展的聚合共振。但劳动教育在当前开展过程中遇到了认知的多重遮蔽与实践的低内聚等困境。为此,建构“两面兼容,内外联动”的大中小学劳动教育战略目标一体化,“三观布局,一体推进”的课程内容一体化,“四类融合,经纬同建”的系统实施一体化,以及“对标内外,全域协同”的保障机制一体化,应是推进新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化进程的实践逻辑。 The integration of labor education in college, primary and secondary schools in the new era has strategic significance for the cultivation of socialist laborers. It represents the value unity of human nature and educational policy, the logical consciousness between labor and labor education, and the coordination of all-round development and personality development. However, labor education is confronted with many difficulties, such as multiple shielding of cognition and low cohesion of practice. Therefore, we should establish the integration of strategic objectives of labor education in college, primary and secondary schools that achieves “coexistence of both sides and internal and external coordination”, the integration of curriculum content that achieves “three-outlook layout and integrated promotion”, the integration of system implementation that achieves “four types of integration and simultaneous construction of longitude and latitude”, and the integration of guarantee mechanism that achieves “internal and external coverage and all-round coordination”. All the above should be the practical logic to promote the integration of labor education in college, primary and secondary schools in the new era.
