全方位护理策略在新型布尼亚病毒感染患者中的应用效果

Application effectiveness of comprehensive care strategy for patients withnovel Bunyavirus infection

目的探讨新型布尼亚病毒感染患者治疗期间行全方位护理的具体措施及效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年11月在江苏省人民医院诊治的101例新型布尼亚病毒感染患者采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)行常规护理,给予观察组(51例)全方位护理。观察并比较两组心理状况改善、并发症、护理满意度情况。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心理弹性量表评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组健康宣教、心理疏导、服务态度、护理技能及护理效果评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理用于新型布尼亚病毒感染患者,具有改善心理状态、减少并发症作用,护理满意度更高。

Objective To investigate the specific measures and effects of comprehensive care during the treatment of patients with novel Bunyavirus infection.Methods One hundred and one patients with novel Bunyavirus infection who were treated in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from July 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)was given conventional care and the observation group(51 cases)was given all-round care.The improvement of psychological condition,complications,and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-assessment anxiety scale and self-assessment depression scale in both groups were lower than before the intervention,while those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological resilience scale in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,while that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of health education,psychological guidance,service attitude,nursing skills,and nursing effect were higher in both groups than before the intervention,while those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic care for patients with novel Bunyavirus infection has been shown to improve psychological status,reduce complications,and result in higher satisfaction with care.
