殷克敬教授针药结合治疗强直性脊柱炎经验探要

强直性脊柱炎是一种多系统损害、致残率极高的慢性进展性炎症疾病,中医治疗该病优势明显。现介绍殷克敬教授针药结合治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床经验。殷教授认为强直性脊柱炎为阳虚失蕴,寒湿侵袭,瘀阻经络,内外合邪所致,肾阳亏虚为本,邪瘀痹阻为标。治疗以温肾强脊为要,再加滋补肝肾以柔筋骨,配以补益中焦之品,一则补益气血,滋养骨骼;二则可缓药性之燥,结合散瘀、除湿、通络等法,标本兼治,以补为通,驱邪而不伤正。选用经络别通理论取穴配以督脉穴治疗以通络止痛,针药并用,方针周全。
