摘要
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、胰岛素样生长因子2 m RNA结合蛋白2(IGF2BP2)及高迁移率族蛋白A2(HMGA2)在侵入性胎盘组织中的表达。方法 选取2021年3月至12月郑州大学第二附属医院产检分娩并确诊为侵入性胎盘的23例孕产妇为侵入性胎盘组,同期正常妊娠的29名孕产妇为对照组。采用Western blot和实时定量PCR检测两组胎盘组织中MMP2、IGF2BP2、HMGA2的表达。结果 侵入性胎盘组MMP2、IGF2BP2、HMGA2蛋白及m RNA表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 胎盘组织中MMP2、IGF2BP2及HMGA2表达升高可能与侵入性胎盘疾病的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2), insulin-like growth factor 2m RNA-binding protein 2(IGF2BP2), and high mobility group box A2(HMGA2) in invasive placental tissue. Methods From March to December 2021, 23 pregnant women diagnosed with invasive placenta in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as invasive placenta group, and 29 pregnant women with normal pregnancy in the same period were selected as control group. Western blot and real-time PCR were used to detect the expressions of MMP2,IGF2BP2, and HMGA2 in placental tissues of the two groups. Results The protein and m RNA expression levels of MMP2,IGF2BP2, and HMGA2 in invasive placenta group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The elevated expression of MMP2, IGF2BP2, and HMGA2 in placental tissue may be related to the occurrence of invasive placental tissue.
