摘要
皮肤源性瘙痒动物模型常用于药物止痒实验研究。组胺、右旋糖酐、化合物48/80等致痒物质常用于诱导组胺依赖急性瘙痒模型,氯喹、P物质、5-羟色胺等诱导非组胺依赖瘙痒模型。特应性皮炎、银屑病等皮肤炎症性疾病模型同时也是慢性瘙痒动物模型。本文综述了皮肤源性急慢性瘙痒动物模型实验应用研究进展,发现动物品系、瘙痒物质类型和浓度、给药方式等都能影响动物瘙痒行为的效果,不同模型的瘙痒特点和持续各有差异。
Animal models of pruritus of skin are origin often used in drug antipruritus experiments. Pruritic substances such as histamine, dextran, and compound 48/80 are often used to induce histamine-dependent acute pruritus models.Atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and other skin inflammatory disease models are also chronic pruritus animal models. This article reviews the research progress of animal model of acute and chronic pruritus of skin origin. It was found that animal strain,pruritus substance type and concentration, and administration method could affect the effect of pruritus behavior in animals.The characteristics and duration of pruritus in different models were different.
