摘要 社会对生鲜产品品质要求提升,使冷链作为物流领域中最具发展潜力的行业之一,为确保产品时效性、提升顾客服务水平、减小配送成本,针对顾客不确定的生鲜产品需求设计配送路径优化模型。顾客满意度由产品质量、服务态度及服务时间组成,量化服务时间满意度,采用连续线性函数方程,建立期望时间窗与可接受时间窗;根据顾客的不确定需求,设定配送成本最小化为路径优化目标函数,建立多个约束条件,实现路径优化模型构建。实验环节中,将配送点不确定需求设定为正态分布形式,对奶制品的冷链配送路径展开分析研究后发现,模型规划出了不确定需求下的最佳配送路径,经惩罚成本与总成本等指标的量化分析,发现上述模型具有显著优势,优化结果理想。 The society’s requirements for the quality of fresh products have been improved,making the cold chain as one of the most promising industries in the logistics field.In order to ensure the timeliness of products,improve customer service level,and reduce distribution costs,the distribution path optimization model is designed for the uncertain demand of fresh products from customers.Customer satisfaction consists of product quality,service attitude and service time.Firstly,we quantified the time satisfaction,and used continuous linear function equation to construct an expected time window and an acceptable time window.According to customers’uncertain needs,we took the minimization of distribution cost as an objective function of path optimization,and then established multiple constraints to complete the construction of path optimization model.In the experiment,the uncertain demands of distribution points were presented in the form of normal distribution.After analyzing the cold-chain distribution path of dairy food,it was found that the designed model has planned the best distribution path under uncertain demands.Through the quantitative analysis for penalty cost and total cost,it is proved that the model has significant advantages and its optimization result is more ideal.
