双轨护理模式对输尿管皮肤造口患者生活质量及自我护理能力的影响

Effects of dual-track nursing mode on quality of life and self-care ability of patients undergoing ureterostomy

目的探讨双轨护理模式对输尿管皮肤造口患者生活质量及自我护理能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年8月-2021年1月于商丘市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治的111例膀胱癌输尿管皮肤造口患者为研究对象, 根据随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)与干预组(55例)。对照组患者采用常规护理方法, 干预组患者在常规护理的基础上采用双轨护理模式干预。干预6个月后, 比较两组患者的生活质量与自我护理能力。结果干预组输尿管皮肤造口患者干预后的生活质量总分及各维度评分均高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组输尿管皮肤造口患者干预后的自我护理能力总分及各维度评分均高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双轨护理模式可有效提高输尿管皮肤造口患者的生活质量和自我护理能力, 可在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of dual-track nursing mode on quality of life and self-care ability of patients undergoing ureterostomy.Methods Totally 111 patients with bladder cancer who underwent ureterostomy at the Department of Urinary Surgery,Shangqiu No.1 People's Hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected by convenience sampling and divided into the control group(n=56)and intervention group(n=55)according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods,while patients in the intervention group received dual-track nursing intervention based on routine nursing.After 6 months of intervention,the quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of quality of life and the scores of each dimension of the patients undergoing ureterostomy in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of self-care ability and the scores of each dimension were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The dual-track nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients undergoing ureterostomy,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
