新文科建设背景下地方本科院校外语专业发展对策研究

Development of Foreign Language Specialties in Local Universities in the Context of New Liberal Arts

在国家倡导新文科建设的背景下,地方本科院校外语专业应把握跨学科、交叉融合创新发展的宗旨,将守正与创新相结合,明确外语专业学科发展内涵,明确自身办学特色,促进外语专业向“全人教育”发展。坚持需求导向,进一步健全完善新的复合型外语人才培养体系。基于OBE理念,构建以《国标》为基准、具有校本特色的外语专业课程体系。加强师资队伍建设,打造能胜任跨学科融合创新型专业发展的教师队伍。

In the context of new liberal arts, foreign language specialties in local universities should, based on the principles of interdisciplinary integration and innovative development and their own schooling characteristics, promote the development of themselves towards“whole-person education”by combining traditions with innovation and clarifying the connotation of the disciplinary development of themselves. Besides, the new system of training foreign language talents with multiple competences should be further improved by insisting on demand orientation. Moreover, the curriculum system of the foreign language specialties with school characteristics should be established based on the OBE concept as well as the National Standards for Foreign Languages and Literatures Education in China. Finally, teaching staff should be further trained to build a quality, professional faculty adaptable to the development of the interdisciplinary integration and innovative specialties.
