多年来,高等职业院校在提升技术技能型人才培养质量上进行了多种尝试,而产教融合作为一条正确的教育教学改革路径已成为共识。高层次技术技能型人才培养供给侧改革的最终目的是提升职业教育适应产业转型升级的能力。产业的转型升级需要大量专业基础扎实、动手能力强、综合素质全面的高层次技术技能型人才作支撑。职业本科教育突破了专科层次职业教育的限制,提升了人才培养的层次和规格,可以充分满足产业转型升级的技术技能型人才需求。

Over the years, higher vocational colleges have made various attempts to improve the quality of technical and skilled talent training, and the integration of production and education as a correct path for education and teaching reform has become a consensus. The ultimate goal of the supply-side reform of high-level technical and skilled talent training is to improve the ability of vocational education to adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading. The transformation and upgrading of the industry requires the support of a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents with solid professional foundation, strong practical ability and comprehensive quality. Breaking through the limitations of vocational education at the junior college level, and improving the level and specifications of talent training, vocational undergraduate education can effectively support the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading for technical and skilled talents.
