基于产教融合的应用型人才培养模式探索与研究——以国际贸易专业为例

Exploration and Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education:Taking International Trade as an Example

产教融合是高校培养技术技能人才和创新型人才的重要途径。随着我国国际化交流的加强、跨境电商的发展和信息技术的应用,企业扩大了对技能型和创新型外贸人才的需求,高校对国际贸易专业学生的综合能力及应用能力也给予了高度关注。该文研究了国际贸易专业产教融合人才培养中存在的一些问题,并探索了基于产教融合的国际贸易专业应用型人才培养模式。

The integration of industry and education is an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate technical talents and innovative talents. With the strengthening of international exchanges, the development of cross-border e-commerce and the application of information technology in China, enterprises have expanded their demand for skilled and innovative foreign trade talents, and colleges and universities pay great attention to the comprehensive ability and application ability of students majoring in international trade. This paper studies the problems existing in the training of talents majoring in international trade based on industry-education integration, and explores the training mode of applied talents majoring in international trade based on industryeducation integration.
