Objective The objective of this paper is to explore the effect of graded care in the nursing of patients with acute alcoholic intoxication,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute alcoholic intoxication admitted to the Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from September 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study participants.Patients admitted from September 2020 to April 2021 were selected in the control group, and patients admitted from May 2021 to February 2022 were selected in the observation group.Patients in the control group received routine care and patients in the observation group graded care. The levels of liver function-related indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]and renal function-related indexes[serum urea(SUN),serum creatinine(SCr)]before care and at discharge were compared between the two groups. The levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and reduced glutathione(GSH)were compared between the two groups before care and at discharge. The incidence of adverse events after awakening was compared between the 2 groups. Results Before care, there was no significant difference in ALT,AST,BUN,and SCr levels between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge, the levels of these indexes in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before care, with the observation group significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before care, there was no significant difference in i NOS,SOD,and GSH levels between the 2 groups(P>0.05).At discharge, the levels of SOD and GSH in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before care, with the observation group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,i NOS levels were significantly lower in both groups than those before care and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 7.84%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.52%,P<0.05).Conclusion Graded care intervention can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with acute alcoholic intoxication and has positive impacts on improving the prognosis of patients. These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this procedure clinically.
