快速康复护理在外科手术室护理中的应用

Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in surgical operating room

目的探讨快速康复护理在外科手术室护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年4月—2022年4月于商丘市第一人民医院行外科手术治疗的68例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用快速康复护理进行干预。比较2组患者的护理舒适度、术后恢复情况、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理舒适度为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040)。观察组患者术后清醒时间、首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.94%(1/34),低于对照组23.53%(8/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.032)。结论快速康复护理应用于外科手术室护理中,可提高患者护理舒适度,减轻患者术后疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,促进机体术后恢复。

Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the surgical operating room.Methods Sixtyeight patients who underwent surgery in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study participants and assigned to the observation group and the control group by the random number table(n=34).Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,and rapid rehabilitation nursing was adopted in the observation group based on the control group.Nursing comfort,postoperative recovery,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing comfort of the patients in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than that in the control group(76.47%,26/34),with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040).The postoperative awake time,time to postoperative first eating,time to ambulation after surgery,and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.94%(1/34),which was lower than that in the control group(23.53%,8/34),with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=4.610,P=0.032).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can improve nursing comfort,relieve postoperative pain,reduce the risk of complications,and promote postoperative recovery in a surgical operating room setting.
