“三圈层”管控模式联合FMEA干预对门急诊患者医院感染控制的影响

Effect of″Three-layer″management and control combined with FMEA intervention on nosocomial infection control in outpatient and emergency departments

目的探讨“三圈层”管控模式联合FMEA干预对门急诊患者医院感染控制的影响,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取2019年7月—2020年6月焦作市人民医院收治的500例门急诊患者为对照组,2020年7月—2021年7月焦作市人民医院收治的500例门急诊患者为观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理管理,观察组患者采取“三圈层”管控模式联合FMEA干预。就诊结束1周时,比较2组患者医院感染发生率,比较2组患者就诊满意度。结果观察组患者医院感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门急诊护理管理中施行“三圈层”管控模式联合FMEA干预,能够大大降低门急诊患者医院感染发生率,提升患者就医体验,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of″Three-layer″management and control combined with failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)intervention on nosocomial infection control in outpatient and emergency departments,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods In this study,500 patients in outpatient and emergency departments admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as participants in the control group,and 500 patients in outpatient and emergency departments admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as controls in the observation group.Patients in the control group received routine care.Patients in the observation group received the″Three-layer″management and control combined with FMEA intervention.At 1 week after the end of hospital visits,the incidence of nosocomial infection was compared between the 2 groups.Patient satisfaction with hospital visits was compared between the 2 groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of″three-layer″management and control in combination with FMEA intervention in the nursing management of outpatient and emergency departments can greatly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the experience of patients seeking medical treatment,and raise patient satisfaction.These advantages hold much promise for a wider application of this procedure clinically.
