基于网络云端的产科急危重症及助产实景模拟训练在护理实习生产科教学中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于网络云端的产科急危重症及助产实景模拟训练在护理本科实习生产科教学中的应用效果,以期为产科教学提供参考。方法本研究选取2020年6月—2021年6月在郑州大学第二附属医院产科实习的84例护理本科毕业实习生为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将实习生分为研究组与对照组,每组42例。对照组实习生予以传统线下教学,研究组实习生予以基于网络云端的产科急危重症及助产实景模拟训练。比较2组实习生出科考核及格率。比较2组实习生教学前后自主学习能力。比较2组实习生的课程评价。结果研究组实习生的及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,2组实习生护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表中信息能力、自我管理能力、学习合作能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,2组实习生护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表中信息能力、自我管理能力、学习合作能力评分均高于教学前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生课程评价问卷中内容学习、课程价值、行为学习和个人体会评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络云端的产科急危重症及助产实景模拟训练应用于护理本科生产科教学中的效果显著,有助于提高实习生的自主学习能力,改善实习生对课程的评价,提高考核成绩,可推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of network cloud-based simulation training in obstetrical teaching of emergent and critical obstetrical diseases and midwifery in nursing undergraduate interns,to provide a reference for obstetrical teaching.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,84 nursing undergraduate interns who practiced in the Obstetrics Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study participants.The interns were assigned to the study group and control group by random number table(n=42).The interns in the control group received traditional offline teaching,and the interns in the study group received network cloud-based scenario simulation training for emergent and critical obstetrical diseases and midwifery.The passing rate of the department rotation examination was compared between the two groups.Autonomous learning competencies were compared between the 2 groups of interns before and after teaching.Course evaluations were compared between the 2 groups of interns.Results The passing rate of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in information competencies,self-management competencies,and learning cooperation competencies between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of information competencies,self-management competencies,and learning cooperation competencies in the Autonomous Learning Competencies of Nursing Undergraduates Scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before teaching,with the study group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of content learning,course value,behavioral learning,and personal experience in the course evaluation questionnaire of interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of network cloud-based scenario simulation training in obstetrical teaching of nursing undergraduates is effective,which helps to improve the autonomous learning competencies of interns,improve the evaluation of interns on the course,and raise the evaluation results.These benefits justify a wider application of this model.
