应对高校大规模人群新型冠状病毒核酸检测的组织管理策略

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间,做好上呼吸道咽拭子标本采集工作直接关系到核酸检测的准确性。然而,标本采集过程存在交叉传播的风险,因此,大规模人群新型冠状病毒核酸检测的组织管理至关重要。重庆市某高校进行了5次大规模人群新型冠状病毒核酸检测,检测现场管控到位,采集标本全部合格,无不良事件发生。本文总结了该高校大规模人群新型冠状病毒核酸检测的组织管理经验,包括以下几点:领导亲临现场,精心组织;采样流程规范,保障质量;人员组织有序,培训到位;时间安排科学,避免拥挤;场地宽敞通风,布置合理;做好消毒工作,避免感染;服务人文关怀,保障到位。以冀为今后高校组织类似活动提供借鉴。 During the epidemic period of COVID-19,the accuracy of nucleic acid testing is directly related to the collection of throat swab specimens from the upper respiratory tract.However,there is a risk of cross-transmission during specimen collection,so it is essential to do a good job in the organizational management of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing in large-scale populations.A university in Chongqing conducted five large-scale population COVID-19 nucleic acid tests,and the detection site management and control were in place,and all the collected samples were qualified without adverse events.This paper summarizes the experience of organization and management of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing in a large population in this university,including the following points:leaders come to the site and carefully organize;the sampling process is standardized to ensure the quality;the personnel organization is orderly and the training is in place;the time arrangement is scientific to avoid crowding;the venue is spacious and ventilated and reasonably arranged;the disinfection work is done well to avoid infection;the humanistic care is served and the support is in place.These experiences may provide a reference for similar activities organized by colleges and universities in the future.
