摘要
为充分消纳城市污泥和建筑渣土,以城市污泥和建筑渣土为辅料,代替部分煤矸石,制备煤矸石基烧结保温砖。探究原料配比、成型压力、烧结温度、升温速率对其导热系数和抗压强度的影响,确定合理配比及相关工艺参数。结果表明:煤矸石、城市污泥和建筑渣土配比为70.0%、7.5%、22.5%,成型压力为3 MPa,烧结温度为950℃,升温速率为3℃/min,可制备出兼顾抗压和保温性能的烧结保温砖,符合GB 26538-2011《烧结保温砖和保温砌块》相关要求。
In order to fully consume urban sludge and architecture sediment,the fired heat preservation bricks with coal gangue as the base are prepared by using urban sludge and architecture sediment as auxiliary materials to replace part of coal gangue.The effects of raw material ratio,molding pressure,firing temperature,and heating rate on its thermal conductivity and compressive strength were explored,and a reasonable ratio and related process parameters were determined.The results show that fired heat preservation bricks with both compressive and thermal insulation properties can be preparated when the proportions of coal gangue,urban sludge and architecture sediment are 70.0%,7.5%and 22.5%,the molding pressure is 3 MPa,the firing temperature is 950℃,and the heating rate is 3℃/min.It meets the relevant requirements of"Fired heat preservation brick and block"GB 26538-2011.
