Sialon结合红柱石-碳化硅耐火材料研究

摘要 本文采用红柱石颗粒、碳化硅粉、氧化铝微粉、金属硅粉和金属铝粉为原料,首先通过反应体系的设计,设定赛隆相SiAlON的Z值为2.5,经计算确定材料中氧化铝微粉、金属硅粉和金属铝粉加入量,经1 450℃保温6 h氮化烧成制备Sialon结合红柱石-碳化硅耐火材料。检测材料的物理性能,并进行XRD物相分析、SEM和EDS分析。结果表明:氧化铝、金属硅和金属铝经高温氮化烧成后原位合成了Sialon相,在氧化铝充足的情况下,随着金属硅粉和金属铝粉加入量的增加,Sialon相的生成量增加。Sialon相呈长棱柱状和纤维状,在基质中相互包围交错,使得材料具有致密性高、耐压强度和抗折强度大、热震稳定性好等优异性能。 Sialon bonded andalusite-silicon carbide refractories were prepared under 1 450 ℃ for 6 h in Natmosphere,using andalusite particles,silicon carbide powder,alumina micro powder,metal silicon powder and metal aluminum powder as raw materials. Through the design of reaction system,the Z value of Sialon phase(SiAlON)was set to be 2.5. After calculation,the addition of alumina powder,metal silicon powder and metal aluminum powder in the material were determined. The physical properties of the material have been studied,and the phase analysis was performed by using XRD,SEM and EDS. The results show that Sialon phase was synthesized in situ after alumina,metal silicon and metal aluminum were fired in Nat high temperature. When alumina was sufficient,the amount of Sialon phase increased with increasing addition of metal silicon powder and metal aluminum powder. Sialon phase are long prismatic and fibrous,surrounded and staggered in the matrix,which makes the material have excellent properties such as high density,high compressive strength and good flexural strength,good thermal shock stability and so on.
