高炉炮泥是用在高炉出铁口部位的用于封堵出铁口的可塑性耐火材料。本文分析了高炉炮泥在使用过程中出现的一些问题,如开孔时间长、铁口喷溅、堵口失败、打泥压力高、铁口短等,并提出了改进措施。

Blast furnace taphole clay is a plastic refractory material used to seal the taphole of a blast furnace. This article analyzes some problems of the blast furnace taphole clay during use,such as long holeopening time,taphole splashing,failure of sealing,high mud pressure,short taphole,etc.,and proposes improvement measures.
