超细脱硫石灰粉技术设计与生产实践

Technical design and production practice of ultra-fine desulphurization lime powder

韶钢某项目采用钙法SDA半干法脱硫+SCR脱硝工艺,该项目中SDA(脱硫)工艺需采用生石灰粉作为脱硫剂,现有灰粉供给在质和量上都满足不了脱硫需求。为此,韶钢炼钢厂利用麦尔兹窑石灰生产线的3~10 mm中间副料,新建超细脱硫石灰粉生产线,投产后进行生产工艺技术优化、生产调试改进、问题分析和生产改进,超细脱硫用石灰粉生产线运行情况良好,在磨粉效率和生产量上达到了预期效果。

SDA semi-dry desulphurization + SCR denitrification process was adopted in a project of Shaosteel. In this project,SDA(desulphurization) process needs to use quicklime powder as desulphurization agent, and the existing supply of lime powder can not meet the demand of desulphurization in terms of quality and quantity. For this reason, the new ultra-fine desulphurization lime powder production line was built in steel-making plant by using the 3 ~ 10 mm intermediate auxiliary materials of the lime production line of the Maerz kiln,after putting into production, the production technology was optimized,the production debugging was improved, the problems were analyzed and the production was improved.
