紫晶藻的抗氧化和美白功效

摘要 以乙醇作为提取剂,采用渗漉法提取紫晶藻中的活性成分。检测紫晶藻乙醇提取物对ABTS和DPPH自由基清除率,以及对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制动力学。结果表明紫晶藻富含黄酮类物质,最高得率为0.38 mg/g(干重);紫晶藻提取物清除ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基的IC分别为2.125、8.329μg/mL,效果均优于D-α-生育酚;紫晶藻提取物表现出对酪氨酸酶的非竞争性抑制。因此,紫晶藻在开发抗氧化和美白化妆品领域具有潜在的应用前景。 The active components in amethyst algae were extracted using the percolation extraction method,with ethanol as the extracting agent.The DPPH and ABTS assay were used to detect the antioxidant and free radical-scavenging capacity of flavonoids which was extracted from amethyst algae with ethanol.The kinetics of inhibitory effect of amethyst algae extract on activity of tyrosinase was studied.The results showed that the total flavone content of amethyst algae was 0.38mg/g (dry weight).The DPPH and ABTS clearance rate (IC) of amethyst algae was 2.125 and 8.329μg/mL respectively,and the antioxidant effect of amethyst algae was stronger than that of D-α-tocopherol.In addition,the extract of amethyst algae showed non-competitive inhibition of tyrosinase.Therefore,amethyst algae has potential application prospects in developments of antioxidant and whitening cosmetics.
