学业导师制在口腔医学本科生教学中的实践分析

摘要 为进一步提高口腔医学本科教学效果,探究学业导师制在口腔医学本科生教学中的应用效果。选取2019、2020级滨州医学院口腔医学专业本科生共141名作为研究对象。就选择导师的标准、导师制的作用、授课方式、授课频率、学生焦虑程度、满意度进行设计调查问卷。结果显示大多数学生认为本科是导师制是有必要的,肯定了导师制在本科教学中专业技能、未来规划、临床及科研思维所起的积极作用,导师制可以明显改善学生面临实习、考研、工作时焦虑情绪,可以获得不错的学生满意度。同时学生对导师授课频率、授课方式及双向选择时机提出了一些问题及改进方法。 In order to further improve the teaching effect of stomatology undergraduates,the application effect of the academic tutorial system in the teaching of stomatology undergraduates is explored.A total of 141 undergraduates majoring in stomatology in Binzhou Medical University of 2019 and 2020 were selected as the research objects.Design a survey questionnaire on the role of the tutorial system,teaching methods,teaching frequency,student anxiety,and satisfaction.The results show that most students think that the undergraduate tutorial system is necessary,and affirmed the positive role of the tutorial system in the professional skills,future planning,clinical and scientific research thinking of undergraduate teaching.The tutorial system can significantly improve the students facing the internship examination and job search The degree of anxiety can get good student satisfaction.At the same time,students raised some questions about the tutor's teaching frequency,teaching method,and two-way choice timing and how to improve it.
