导师制带教对规培护士软技能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析导师制带教对规培护士软技能的影响。方法:选择我院2020年1月—2020年12月期间新聘护士200名为研究对象,随机分成观察组(全程导师制带教模式)和对照组(传统跟班方法),比较两组的培训效果。结果:(1)在培训前,两组考试合格率较低,两组之间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);在培训后,两组考试合格率较培训前均有明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)培训后,护士自我评价满意度和患者的满意度评分明显高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在规培护士软技能培训中,导师制带教的培训方式相较于传统的常规带教方式具有显著优势,通过一对一带教,有助于提高规培护士的软技能能力,有效地提高规培护士考试合格率,提高患者的满意程度,价值突出,值得广泛推广。 Objective:To analyze the influence of tutorial system on soft skills of nurses.Methods:A total of 200 newly hired nurses in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(full tutorial system with teaching mode)and the control group(traditional mentoring method),and the training effects of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)Before the training,the exam pass rate of the two groups was low,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the exam pass rate of the two groups were significantly improved,and the test pass rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);(2)After training,nurses'self-evaluation satisfaction and patients'satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the rules from the nurse soft skill training,tutor system compared to traditional teaching training way of conventional teaching mode has significant advantages,through the one-to-one teaching,help to improve the soft skills ability of rules from the nurse,improve the rules on the effective nurse examination pass rate,improve patient satisfaction,value is outstanding,is worth popularizing widely.
