千金苇茎汤加减治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效观察

Effect of Qianjin Weigjing Decoction on Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

目的:观察千金苇茎汤加减治疗重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎的疗效。方法:将重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组在西医抗感染治疗基础上加用千金苇茎汤治疗,治疗2周,对照组采用纯西医常规治疗。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后临床疗效,生命体征,相关生化检查(血常规、降钙素原、肺部感染评分等)等情况变化。结果:观察组在肺部感染评分、降钙素原、临床疗效等方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:千金苇茎汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效明显且相关副作用少,临床可推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qianjin Weijing Decoction on ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods:80 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Qianjin Weijing decoction for 2 weeks,while the control group was treated with pure Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,vital signs,biochemical tests(blood routine,procalcitonin,pulmonary infection score,et al.)were observed before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment in the two groups.Results:The pulmonary infection score,procalcitonin and clinical efficacy of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianjin Weijing Decoction has reliable efficacy and few side effects in the treatment of ventilator associated pneumonia,and is worthy of clinical application.
