摘要
提升自主创新能力、突破关键核心技术是关系我国发展全局的重大问题。文章针对潍柴动力“重型动力总成系统”的创新突破,构建了基于核心技术竞争优势的“平行整合”理论模型:以具有竞争优势的“发动机”核心技术为基础,对同级、异质、互补、关键的“车桥”“变速箱”技术进行整合,通过高效的技术整合机制设计实现了重型动力总成系统的创新突破。文章从整合前提与基础、整合对象选择、整合机制设计三个维度揭示潍柴动力通过技术并购整合实现技术创新突破的机制,丰富了基于技术并购的系统整合与创新理论,可为我国企业实现关键核心技术创新与突破提供理论基础和经验借鉴。
Improving the capability of independent innovation and making breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields are about the major issues in the overall development of China.According to the innovation of Weichai Power’s“heavy powertrain system”,this paper builds a theoretical model of“parallel integration”which is based on the core technologies of“engine”,integrating the homogenous,heterogeneous,complementary and key technologies of“axle”and“transmission”.With the efficient design of technological integration,this model achieves breakthroughs in heavy powertrain system.This paper reveals the integration process and mechanism of Weichai Power from three dimensions:integration foundation,integration target selection and integration mechanism.It enriches the system integration and innovation theory of technology M&A and provides theoretical support and practical experience for Chinese enterprises to achieve innovations and breakthroughs on core technologies in key fields.
