摘要
以国内某稠油油田的浅海采油平台为例,从工艺流程设计、关键参数计算、工艺流程模拟和系统安全分析等方面对主工艺系统设计过程做了简要介绍。在常规设计计算基础上,使用了HYSYS软件模拟和单元化安全分析方法,保证工艺参数优化合理、工艺流程安全可靠,取得了良好设计成果,可为今后同类项目的设计工作提供借鉴经验。
This paper briefly describes the design process of the main process system from the aspects of process flow design,key parameter calculation,process flow simulation,and system safety analysis,taking a shallow offshore oil production platform of a heavy oilfield in China as an example.In addition to conventional design and calculation,HYSYS software simulation and unitized safety analysis are conducted to obtain optimal and reasonable process parameters and a safe and reliable process flow.The design result is desirable and can thus provide valuable experience for the design of similar projects in the future.
