30m水深裙桩式导管架海上安装关键技术研究

摘要 山东、广东、浙江等地均大力开发海上风电项目,且施工海域水深均为30 m左右,海上升压站导管架安装已经涉及部分深水导管架安装技术。与10 m左右浅水导管架安装技术相比,深水导管架的设计施工难度主要体现在水下插桩及打桩、送桩器的设计及应用、卡装器的应用和半封闭式封隔器的应用。通过对华能南4号海上风电项目导管架的设计及安装进行研究,提出了30 m左右水深裙桩式导管架设计及安装的关键技术,实现了南4号导管架海上顺利安装,可为后续类似水深海上风电平台及油气平台的导管架安装提供参考。 Shandong,Guangdong,Zhejiang,and other places are vigorously developing offshore wind power projects,and the water depth of sea areas under construction is about 30 m.The jacket installation of offshore booster stations has already involved some jacket installation technologies in deep waters.Compared with that of the jacket installation technology in shallow waters of about 10 m,the design and construction difficulty of deep water jackets is mainly reflected in the underwater piling,the design and application of pile followers,and the application of clamping devices and semi-enclosed packers.Through the research on the design and installation of the jacket of Huaneng South No.4 offshore wind power project,the key technologies for the design and installation of skirt pile-type jackets in a water depth of about 30 m were proposed,and the smooth offshore installation of the South No.4 jacket was realized,which provides a reference for the installation of jackets of other offshore wind power platforms and oil and gas platforms with similar water depths.
