双层复合结构对混凝土墙防护性能的模拟研究

摘要 为了减少承压设备在水压爆破试验过程中产生的高速碎片对实验室混凝土墙体的损坏,提出了一种由橡胶和钢板组成的双层防护结构,并依据显式非线性理论,利用LS-DYNA软件对该防护结构的防护效果进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:1)爆炸产生的高速碎片冲击双层复合结构-混凝土墙体后,最终将会嵌入橡胶层内;2)双层复合结构能够保护墙体表面不受破坏,能够阻止混凝土墙体内部裂纹和背面裂纹的产生。 To solve the problem of laboratory wall damage caused by the high-speed fragment,which generated in the process of the hydraulic burst test of pressure piping components and pressure vessel,a double-layered protective structure composed of rubber and steel plate was proposed.Based on the explicit nonlinear theory,the protective effect of the protective structure was simulated by LS-DYNA software.The results are as follows:1)High-speed debris generated by the explosion impacts the double-layer composite structure-concrete wall and will eventually be embedded in the rubber layer;2)The double-layer protective structure can protect the surface of the wall from damage and can prevent the cracks and back cracks in the concrete wall.
