摘要
根据热套联轴器的结构,设计出全新的参考试块来模拟热套面两侧的缺陷状态。通过在参考试块及在役产品上进行超声波检测验证,形成了一套联轴器热套面在役超声波检测方法,有效提升了在役发电机无损检测技术服务能力。
Based upon the structure of the hot sleeve coupling,a fully-new referenced block is designed to simulate the defect state on both sides of the hot sleeve surface.A series of effective in-service ultrasonic inspection method for the hot sleeve surface of the coupling are formed by ultrasonic testing on referenced test blocks as well as in-service products.The service capability of nondestructive te sting technology for in-service generators is improved effectively.
