In the postacademic science era,science has assumed an important social function as a key resource for market interests and major political decisions and diversification of scientific research types tends to be more prominent.Academic logic,business logic and policy logic are deeply intertwined and embedded in the wholeproduction and practical application of scientific knowledge,and become the internal logical dimension and powerful driving force of scientific progress in the postacademic science era.In order to promote the development of science and better serve the society,it is necessary to coordinate and integrate the“triple logic”of post-academic science.In particular,with the rapid development of emerging technologies,scientific progress is deeply related to social factors to an unprecedented extent,and various scientific risk issues and scientific ethics issues are becoming increasingly complex.Attaching importance to the coordination and integration of the“triple logic”of post academic science and improving the system and mechanism of scientific research and innovation will help optimize the governance of science and technology ethics,which will provide support for further promoting science and technology and realizing high level self-reliance inscience and technology.
