耳穴贴压联合运动想象疗法治疗中风恢复期临床研究

Clinical Study on Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Motor Imagery Therapy for Stroke at Convalescent Phase

目的:观察耳穴贴压联合运动想象疗法促进中风恢复期患者康复的效果。方法:将60例中风恢复期患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例。2组均接受常规治疗与护理措施,进行康复锻炼,研究组加用耳穴贴压结合运动想象疗法治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。治疗前及治疗4周后评定2组患者的中医证候积分、生活质量[中风特定生活质量评价量表(SS-QOL)评分]及自理能力[改良Barthel指数评估量表(MBI)评分],比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,研究组临床疗效总有效率93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组MBI评分、SS-QOL评分均较治疗前增加,中医证候积分均较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组MBI评分、SS-QOL评分均高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规疗法基础上采用耳穴贴压联合运动想象疗法对中风恢复期患者进行干预,在改善临床症状、提高生活质量和自理能力方面效果确切。

Objective: To observe the effect of the therapy of auricular point sticking combined with motor imagery therapy on patients with stroke at convalescent phase. Methods:A total of 60 patients with stroke at convalescent phase were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment and nursing measures as well as rehabilitation exercise, and the study group was additionally treated with auricular point sticking combined with motor imagery therapy. Both groups were treated for four weeks continuosly. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome, Stroke-Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were evaluated before treatment and four weeks after treatment,and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results:After four weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical effect in the study group was 93.3%, higher than that of73.3% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The scores of MBI and SS-QOL in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the TCM syndrome scores were decreased, differences being significant(P<0.05). The scores of MBI and SS-QOL in the study group were higher and the TCM syndrome score was lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The additional application of auricular point sticking combined with motor imagery therapy based on conventional therapy has a definite effect on improving clinical symptoms,quality of life and self-care ability of stroke patients at convalescent phase.
