中医生长贴联合训练操治疗特发性矮小症临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Growth Paste Combined with Training Exercise for Children with Idiopathic Short Stature

目的:观察中医生长贴联合训练操治疗特发性矮小症的临床疗效。方法:选取82例特发性矮小症患儿作回顾性分析,并根据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组给予常规饮食指导和维生素D、甘草锌颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用生长贴、训练操治疗。3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、身高增长值及生长速度、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3 (IGFBP-3)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.12%,对照组为78.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组身高增长值、生长速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月后,2组身高增长值、生长速度明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组相同时间点的身高增长值、生长速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:在常规饮食指导和维生素D、甘草锌颗粒治疗的基础上,采用生长贴联合训练操干预特发性矮小症,可促进患儿身高增长,加快生长速度,且无明显不良反应。

Objective: To discuss the application effect of Chinese medicine growth paste combined with training exercise for children with idiopathic short stature. Methods:A total of 82 cases of children with idiopathic short stature were selected and given retrospective analysis, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to their different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine dietary guidance and vitamin D and Licorzine Granules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine growth paste combined with training exercise based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses,with three months being a course. The clinical effects,the adverse reactions,the increments and growth rates of height in children,and the levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was95.12% in the observation group and 78.05% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of increments and growth rates of height between the two groups(P>0.05). After three and six months of treatment,the increments and growth rates of height in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the increments and growth rates of height in the same time point in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). During treatment,there was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion:Based on routine dietary guidance and vitamin D and Licorzine Granules,the intervention of Chinese medicine growth paste combined with training exercise for children with idiopathic short stature can promote the increments and growth rates of height with no obvious adverse reaction.
