小儿肠胃康颗粒联合莫沙必利片治疗小儿功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiao’er Changweikang Granules Combined with Mosapride Tablets for Infantile Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察小儿肠胃康颗粒联合莫沙必利片治疗小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的脾虚肝旺型FD患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,每组43例。2组均给予常规现代医学治疗,并予莫沙必利片治疗,观察组联合小儿肠胃康颗粒治疗。2组均连续治疗4周。治疗前后检测血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、胃饥饿素及肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平,计算胃排空率,观察2组患儿治疗过程不良反应的发生情况。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗4周,观察组临床疗效总有效率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组MTL、GAS、胃饥饿素水平及胃排空率均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组MTL、GAS、胃饥饿素水平及胃排空率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,IL-10水平均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组胃脘痞满、食少纳呆等4项证候评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组4项证候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小儿肠胃康颗粒联合莫沙必利片治疗小儿FD可有效改善胃脘痞满、食少纳呆等症状,提高胃动力,促进胃排空,安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao’er Changweikang Granules combined with Mosapride Tablets for infantile functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods: FD children of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type involved in the study were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine modern medicine and Mosapride Tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Changweikang Granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Before and after treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),ghrelin,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in serum were detected. The gastric emptying rates were counted. During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in children in the two groups were observed.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: After four-week treatment, the total effective rate of clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). The levels of MTL, GAS and ghrelin, and the gastric emptying rates in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01). The levels of MTL, GAS and ghrelin, and the gastric emptying rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01). The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower and the IL-10 levels were higher than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in the observation group were lower and the IL-10 level was higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.01). The four syndrome scores such as fullness and food less poor appetite in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.01);the four syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Xiao’er Changweikang Granules combined with Mosapride Tablets can effectively treat infantile FD,which can improve symptoms such as fullness in the stomach and less food intake with poor appetite,increase gastric motility and promote gastric emptying with good safety.
