消炎利胆片联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性胆囊炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets Combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium for Chronic Cholecystitis

目的:观察消炎利胆片联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法:选取120例慢性胆囊炎患者,根据病例尾号按照奇偶数字法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用消炎利胆片口服。2组疗程均为1个月,治疗后比较2组临床疗效、胆囊功能(胆囊收缩率、胆囊壁厚度)及血清炎症因子[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为78.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组胆囊收缩率、囊壁厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组胆囊收缩率较治疗前升高(P<0.05),囊壁厚度较治疗前减少(P<0.05);且观察组上述指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8等炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消炎利胆片联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效显著,能有效控制炎症反应,降低胆囊壁厚度,促进胆囊生理功能的恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets combined with ceftriaxone sodium on chronic cholecystitis. Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic cholecystitis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the end number of cases according to odd and even number method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium, and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets orally based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment course of both groups was one month. After treatment,the clinical effects,gallbladder function(gallbladder shrinkage rate and gallbladder wall thickness) and the levels of serum inflammatory factors, including C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8),were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 78.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of gallbladder shrinkage rate and gallbladder wall thickness between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the gallbladder shrinkage rates were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the gallbladder wall thickness was respectively decreased(P<0.05);the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of CRP、 IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets combined with ceftriaxone sodium has a significant therapeutic effect on treating chronic cholecystitis, which can effectively control the inflammatory responses,reduce the thickness of gallbladder wall,and promote the recovery of normal physiological function of gallbladder.
