摘要
针对生辉煤业综放面喷雾用水润湿能力弱、雾化效果差导致降尘率低下的问题,引进综放面活性磁化水喷雾降尘技术并在20100综放面开展试验。通过在试验室对煤样进行测试,发现活性磁化水湿润能力强,与纯水相比,其接触角、降尘效率、粉尘沉降时间均显著提高,并研发出高效制备活性磁化水工艺。活性磁化水喷雾降尘技术在20100综放面现场应用表明:工作面粉尘浓度明显减少,全尘平均降尘效率为88.49%、呼吸性粉尘平均降尘效率为84.71%,显著改善了工作面的作业环境。
Aiming at the problems of low dust removal rate caused by weak water wetting ability and poor atomization effect of fully-mechanized caving face spray in Shenghui Mining Industry,the dust removal technology of fully-mechanized caving face activated magnetized water spray was introduced and tested at the 20100 fully-mechanized caving face.Through testing coal samples in the laboratory,it is found that the wetting ability of active magnetized water is strong.Compared with pure water,its contact angle,dust removal efficiency and dust deposition time are significantly improved,and an efficient preparation process of active magnetized water has been developed.Activity of magnetized water spray dust technology in 20100 fully-mechanized face field application shows that the face dust concentration decreased significantly,the total average dust efficiency is 88.49%of dust,dust efficiency of 84.71%on average,the working environment is improved significantly.
