摘要 针对火电企业燃煤存储、配煤掺烧及自动上煤的燃料管理中的问题,以泌阳发电厂生产实践为例进行研究,构建煤场自动化的燃料全流程智能化管控平台。该平台依托工业机器人等矿工机械设备,结合物联网、人工智能、自动控制、信息及相关系统集成技术,通过精细化配煤掺烧,使混煤煤质硫分大幅度提高,能有效降低炉膛出口污染物的排放,并配合各种精细化管控操作,优化生产区域管理,提供每日最经济的分仓配煤方案,增加经济煤种的消耗量,最大限度提高配煤掺烧的效益。通过直接对DCS输煤控系统发送配煤指令,来实现斗轮机作业的无人化。 Aiming at the problems in fuel management of coal storage, coal blending and automatic coal feeding in thermal power enterprises, taking the production practice of Biyang Power Plant as an example, an intelligent control platform for the whole fuel process of coal yard automation is constructed.The platform relies on industrial robots and other miners’ mechanical equipment, combined with Internet of things, artificial intelligence, automatic control, information and related system integration technology,through fine coal blending and blending, the sulfur content of mixed coal is greatly improved, which can effectively reduce the emission of pollutants at the furnace outlet, and cooperate with various fine management and control operations, optimize the management of production areas, provide the most economical coal blending scheme for each day, increase the consumption of economic coal types, and maximize the benefits of coal blending and blending. By sending coal blending instructions directly to the DCS coal handling control system, the unmanned operation of the bucket wheel machine is realized.
