摘要
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆被广泛应用于电力系统工程建设中,但在电网物资入网抽样检测中,经常会出现交联聚乙烯绝缘低压电缆的绝缘热收缩试验不合格的情况,一旦将不合格产品投入使用,将会影响线路安全稳定运行。本研究对热收缩的试验方法进行阐述,并结合具体案例,从生产加工、试验检测等方面出发,对试验不合格的原因进行分析,对交联聚乙烯绝缘低压电缆产品质量提升提供参考。
XLPE insulated cables are widely used in the construction of power system engineering.However, in the sampling inspection of grid materials,the thermal shrinkage test of XLPE insulated insulated low-voltage cables is often unqualified.Once the unqualified products are put into use, it will affect the safe and stable operation of the line.In this study, the test method of heat shrinkage is described, and combined with specific cases, from the aspects of production and processing, test and detection,the reasons for the unqualified test are analyzed, which provides a reference for improving the quality of XLPE insulated low-voltage cables.
