聚合物修饰磁性四氧化三铁吸附去除水中甲基橙

摘要 使用共沉淀法制备磁性吸附剂-聚合物修饰四氧化三铁纳米颗粒(FeO@PDA NPs),通过透射电子显微镜表征了磁性纳米颗粒的形貌。考察了pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、干扰因素等对吸附试验的影响,通过试验确定最佳试验条件:pH=4、吸附时间1 h、吸附剂投加量23.7 mg,并且干扰物质对吸附试验基本无影响。通过实际水样应用发现,FeO@PDA NPs对甲基橙去除率可达到90.82%以上,表明该吸附剂具有潜在的应用价值。 A new adsorbent(FeO@PDA NPs) were prepared using a co-precipitation method and the shapes of magnetic nanoparticles were characterized by TEM techniques. The effects of pH,time of adsorption,the amount of adsorbent were investigated. The most suitable adsorption conditions were settled as follows: pH=4,adsorption time of 1h,and the dosage of 23.7 mg,as well as other interferences had no effect on the adsorption experiments. Furthermore,the removal efficiency of methyl orange in dye wastewater by Fe3O4@PDA NPs can reach more than 90.82% in 1h,which proved that FeO@PDA NPs can be used to treat methyl orange in real water samples.
