纳米改性水泥基注浆材料研究进展

摘要 水泥基注浆材料是指在传统单液水泥浆的基础上添加合适的外加剂从而显著提升其性能的注浆材料,目前在地铁隧道、地基加固、岩溶处理等岩土工程建设方面得到了广泛的应用。在水泥基注浆材料中添加合适的纳米材料可对其宏观力学性能、抗渗性能、微观结构形貌等方面进行良好改善,为高性能、多功能和绿色环保注浆材料的研究发展提供了新思路。本研究对氧化石墨烯、碳纳米管、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙等纳米材料在水泥基注浆材料中的研究进展进行了综述总结,并对纳米改性水泥基注浆材料的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为新型注浆材料的制备研究和工程应用提供一定的参考与借鉴。 Cement-based grouting material is a kind of grouting material that can improve its performance by adding appropriate additives on the basis of traditional single liquid cement slurry. It has been widely used in geotechnical engineering construction such as subway tunnel, foundation reinforcement and karst treatment.Adding appropriate nano materials to cement-based grouting materials can improve its macro mechanical properties, impermeability, microstructure and morphology, and provide a new idea for the research and development of high-performance, multi-functional and green grouting materials. This studysummarizes the research progress of graphene oxide, carbon nanotube, nano silica, nano calcium carbonate and other nano materials in cement-based grouting materials, and looks forward to the development trend of nano modified cement-based grouting materials, hoping to provide some reference for the preparation and engineering application of new grouting materials.
