减水剂对聚合物水泥防水涂料的性能影响

摘要 减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下,能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂。通过试验研究了不同类型减水剂的掺量对聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能、光泽度以及硬度的影响。结果表明,分别在有机硅减水剂、聚羧酸减水剂以及萘系减水剂的作用下,聚合物水泥防水涂料的拉伸性能有明显提升,其光泽度在加入一定减水剂比例下有明显提升,但随着加入减水剂比例的增大,光泽度呈现下降趋势,而加入不同类型减水剂掺量对于涂层铅笔硬度的影响不大。 Water reducing agent is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the water consumption under the condition of maintaining the constant slump of concrete. The effects of different dosage of water reducing agent on tensile properties, gloss and hardness of polymer cement waterproof coating were studied by experiments. The results show that under the action of silicone, polycarboxylic acid and naphthalene superplasticizer respectively, the tensile properties of polymer cement waterproof coating are significantly improved, and its gloss is significantly improved with the addition of a certain proportion of superplasticizer, but with the increase of the proportion of superplasticizer, gloss shows a downward trend. The hardness of coated pencil was not affected by adding different water reducing agent.
