摘要
电视综艺节目模式作为一种极具商业价值的智力成果,国外发达国家早已通过立法、司法等手段对其进行了合理的保护。我国电视综艺节目模式版权保护中存在一些现实问题,应借鉴域外保护经验,结合我国国情,确定我国电视综艺节目模式版权保护方案,为我国电视文化产业知识产权战略实施打下坚实基础。
As intellectual fruits of great commercial value, TV variety program modes have been protected by legislation and judicial means in foreign developed countries reasonably. There exist some practical problems in the copyright protection of TV variety program modes, and we should determine the copyright protection scheme of Chinese TV variety program modes, according to our national conditions and based on the overseas experiences, thus laying a solid foundation for implementing intellectual property strategy of Chinese TV culture industry.
