With the iterative development of computer technology, the problem of corporate data is not only related to the protection of the company’s own operating rights and interests, but also has been related to the basic order of China’s market economy in the new era. At present,the company’s data guarantee has relevant laws and regulations, but the path of intellectual property protection can not bring reasonable, safe and sufficient guarantee to the current company data. This is because the company data copyright is a new problem in the new era, and the existing regulatory system is not fully matched or adaptable. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way to build a new private law system for the company’s data security. Exploring the path of intellectual property protection of enterprise data can empower enterprise data maintenance and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
