随着我国财政规章制度的不断完善和自主创新,我国财政部门发展水平得到了显著提升。事业单位经济管理和财政经济良性循环是事业单位经济长期发展的必要条件,不断完善财政部门工作组织经济管理体系,不断提升事业单位财政盈利能力,可以从根本上实现事业单位经济管理和财政经济良性循环。但如今我国事业单位经济管理和财政经济管理中还存在体制不完善、管理行为不规范、财政资源运作不合规的问题。因此,从分析事业单位经济管理和财政经济良性循环的内在联系入手,探索事业单位经济管理的主要目标,探究事业单位经济管理和财政经济良性循环的现状和存在的问题,提出事业单位经济管理和财政经济良性循环的有效对策是十分必要和重要的。

With the continuous improvement and independent innovation of China’s financial rules and regulations,the development level of China's financial sector has also been significantly improved.The benign cycle of economic management and financial economy in public institutions is the necessary condition for the long-term economic development of public institutions.By constantly improving the economic management system of financial departments and improving the financial profitability of public institutions,the benign cycle of economic management and financial economy in public institutions can be fundamentally realized.However,there are still some problems in the economic management and financial and economic management of public institutions in China,such as imperfect system,non-standard management behavior,and non-compliance of financial resources operation.Therefore,the main objectives of economic management of public institutions are explored by analyzing the internal connection between economic management of public institutions and the virtuous cycle of financial and economic.It is necessary and important to explore the current situation and problems of the virtuous circle of economic management and financial economy in public institutions and put forward effective countermeasures for the virtuous circle of economic management and financial economy.
